Meditation, Dance & Taoist Wisdom: Fallie Zhang’s Quest for Embodied Living

Welcome to our first epidsode of Your Fully Expressed Life! In this episode, I’m joined by the inspiring Fallie Zhang, a meditation facilitator, movement guide, and embodiment devotee. Fallie shares her powerful journey from emotional and somatic disconnection to deep self-reclamation through meditation, dance, and Taoist martial arts. We explore what it means to fully express yourself, the challenges of healing and individuation, and how movement can be a portal to freedom. If you’ve ever felt disconnected from your body or struggled with self-expression, this conversation will speak straight to your soul.

Meet Fallie:

Fallie Zhang was born in China and has spent the past nine years in Melbourne, where she’s been deep in her personal journey of healing and self-discovery. She’s the creator of We Love Chinese, a meditation community offering weekly free sessions, as well as Authentic Self Dance, an event series designed to help Chinese women reclaim their freedom through movement. Recently, she sold everything to immerse herself in the study of Taoist martial arts in China, taking embodiment to a whole new level. Fallie describes herself as a recovering emotionally and somatically disconnected woman, this is her story.
